Shipping and Handling

Fees and charges for shipping of clothing, jewellery, sensory and accessories over $200 is currently free to all customers within Australia and New Zealand. For orders under $200 we charge a flat rate of $15 AUD.

For international rates please email us for a quote.

Furniture and artwork delivery costs will be estimated based on your location and the piece purchased. We offer free collection for furniture and artwwork orders from our Williamstown location. 

Delivery Times

The Style Emporium delivers nationwide with Australia Post. Orders are delivered between 2-5 business days to metropolitan and city areas. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns
Our policy is in place for 30 days from date of purchase and applies to online orders only – please consult your closest boutique for our returns policy on items purchased in-store.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels & product swing tags attached. Gift cards are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Or alternatively, you are more than welcome to return your item to your local boutique, please bring with you your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase and the team can assist in facilitating your return. Any refunds will be made via reversal of your original payment method.
